Why is there a 2 hour minimum charge?
This is standard for all customers, just to ensure our handymen are paid for their time. Any additional time will be outlined on your invoice. If you do not use the full 2 hours for a project, you will still be charged the 2 hour minimum price. We encourage you to talk with your handyman to discuss smaller additional projects he can complete if there is extra time.
Do I need to buy materials?
Buying materials before our arrival isn’t necessary, but you’ll want to check with us first to ensure you’re purchasing the correct items!
If materials are needed to complete a job, the sum of these materials will be added to your bill.
Do I need to be present while The Guy For It is working for me?
No need to be present, but totally fine if you’re around. However, many jobs require a little bit of space for our team, as we often work with hazardous materials and dangerous powertools! Please communicate with your handyman before your appointment if you need to leave at any point.
Where do I pay my bill?
Before scheduling your job, you will receive an invoice detailing all charges required to complete your project. This can be paid before or up to 24 hours after your service. Payments can be made in cash, or through the invoice link sent to your email. Contact your handyman if you need the invoice link sent to you again!
